Sundrop Privacy Policy

Sundrop is operated by Dig Wells, Inc. (“Sundrop,” “we,” or “us”). Sundrop helps adults rediscover moments from their photo libraries. This Privacy Policy explains what information Sundrop processes, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

2. Photos and Family Information

Sundrop requests access to your photo library so it can create personalized photo collections and memories. Photo analysis happens on your device. This may include processing photos and videos, capture dates and locations, faces and subjects, image quality, and other photo metadata.

Names, relationships, birthdays, face matches, and other family information you add are also stored and processed on your device. Sundrop does not upload your photos, videos, face data, or photo-analysis results to our servers or analytics services, and we do not use them to train artificial intelligence models.

We retain analytics, diagnostics, subscription, Live Activity, and support information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and improve Sundrop, maintain security and reliability, respond to requests, and meet legal or operational requirements. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information that no longer identifies you.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Sundrop does not require an account. Some service information is associated only with anonymous technical identifiers, so we may ask you for a diagnostic identifier when needed to locate information related to your request.

8. Children’s Privacy

Sundrop is designed for adults and is not directed to children. The app may process photos of children and family information, such as a child’s first name or birthday, when a parent, guardian, or other adult chooses to add that information. Adults using Sundrop are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to process that information. Contact us if you believe children’s information has been handled improperly or should be deleted.

9. Security and International Processing

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we use legally recognized safeguards for international transfers.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Sundrop changes. We will post the updated policy and revise the date above. If a change materially affects how we handle personal information, we will provide additional notice where required.
